Which control panels do you support?

We support cPanel/WHM, which will be automatically installed on your Server.

What level of access do I get with my Server?

You get root access, which means you have full administrative control of your server. You may choose to install any software you need on your server, and can manage every aspect of your server.

How long will it take for my server to be ready for use?

Your server will be provisioned instantly once the order is activated.

Can I expand the storage on my server?

Yes, you can purchase additional storage on our Shared Storage Device.

How do I access my Server?

There are several ways to access your server:

  • SSH - you can access your server through any SSH client using the root credentials we provide to you.
  • cPanel - you can access and manage your server through the cPanel/WHM control panel.
  • Dedicated Server Control Panel - you can also perform frequent operations, such as Stopping, Starting and Restarting your server through our web-based control panel, which comes bundled with every server.

How many dedicated IPs are provided?

We provide you with one dedicated IP with the Dedicated Server plan.

Do you offer any refunds on Dedicated Hosting by Bluehost?

Yes, we offer a 30 day money back period. You can delete the order within 30 days for a full refund. However, if you choose to delete the order at any time after 30 days of purchase, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the remaining duration of the order.
